Viewing the Organization Hierarchy

When creating organization units, it is important to follow the configurations applied in your organization hierarchy setup. The organization hierarchy must be configured before the organization units are created. For additional information, see Organization Hierarchy. Follow the steps below to view the organization hierarchy.

1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Admin tab.
2. In the User Management menu, click Setup > System Wide > Organization Hierarchy.
   Result: The Organization Hierarchy window is displayed.
